Complete Master’s of Physical Therapy Supplemental Application for the Department of Physical Therapy due January 15, 2010.
The MPT Supplemental Application is available for online submission at http://www.hhs.csus.edu/Special/PT/SupApp/ The completed supplemental application along with required items, need to be submitted electronically by 11:59 PM on January 15, 2010.

Note to International Students:
A fourth step and application is required of International applicants. Please review the CSU Sacramento international application procedures at http://www.csus.edu/oge/International_Apply.htm International applications are due to the Office of International Admissions by October 15, 2009. International students must complete by January 15, 2010, 8 units of the prerequisite coursework listed in the MPT Supplemental Application, at a U.S. accredited college or university, and must have references from U.S. licensed physical therapists.

SELECTION PROCEDURES
All application materials are reviewed by the Admissions Committee to rank applicants. Points are assigned for the prerequisite coursework GPA, recommendation forms from two (2) licensed physical therapist and one (1) college level professor, the GRE writing (analytic) score and additional background criteria. The 60-80 highest ranked applicants will be invited for a panel interview. The top thirty-two (32) applicants along with alternates will be notified of their status within two weeks of the final interviews.
